| Welcome To My Resume Website My first career was in publishing as an editor with periodical publications and second was in the entertainment field as manager, promoter and public relations. In addition fine arts, graphic arts and writing assignments - I have publications in all the fields that I have had careers in including nursing! In addition I was able to convert my interest in microbiology into a lab assistant position. As exciting and satisfying as my previous vocations have been, Nursing is the most exciting and rewarding of all! I have worked as a floor nurse in long term care, in acute rehabilitation, in telemetry, med surg and education. I have worked as an MDS coordinator, case manager and intake coordinator as well. I know Medicare regulations inside and out and all aspects of utilization review! In my current position I have visited every hospital in Vegas! I continue subscriptions to major nursing journals and keep abreast of developments in my field and medicare compliance issues and of course keep up on new microbes and CDC research!
